The line of products developed by our company:

1. Level 1 'Steel' support package (One PPM visit per year).
2. Level 2 'Bronze' support package (Two PPM visits per year).
3. Level 3 'Silver' support package (Two PPM visits per year & 48 Hour breakdown response).
4. Level 4 'Gold' support package (Two PPM visits per year, 48 Hour breakdown response & all spare parts included).
5. Level 5 'Platinum' support package (Two PPM visits per year, guaranteed breakdown response, out of hours call out facility & all spare parts included).
